this super cute carrier is giving Dorothy vibes. we're sure not in Kansas anymore but if we were, we'd wear this. Imagine this was out in 1940s or whenever Wizard of Oz came out - Dorothy would have 1000% carried Toto in this. tell me not - this would have been perfect!
